Dear Students, the procedures that you need to follow during the period of registration are stated below. 

ONLINE REGISTRATION 

Students who opt for online registration can complete their registration on https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/yok-universite-ekayit within the given dates announced on the calendar for each registration period. Online registration means the final registration. 

Students who do online registration do not need to submit any extra files. 

NOTE 1: Candidate students who are entitled to register a Higher Education Programme yet have not graduated from secondary education institutions and who will take make-up or single course exams; 

  1. Cannot register through E-government platform before they graduate from secondary education institutions,
  2. Those candidates need to appoint to our university between the stated dates for temporary registration with a document that shows their status given from the secondary education institution. 
  3. Candidates who are registered temporarily must submit the document concerning their graduation from the secondary education institution until the end of the academic calendar year the latest (31st December 20..) to our university. Temporary registration of the students who do not submit their document until the stated date will be deleted and their studentship status will be terminated.  

ON-SITE REGISTRATION 

Candidate students who could not register online or who do not prefer online registration can apply to the registration addresses given below with the required documents for registration between the dates announced on the registration calendar. 

Candidates who do not apply or gather the required documents for registration within the stated period of time will lose their right for registration.

SABIS LOGIN

Sakarya University of Applied Sciences Information System (SABİS) is the platform for students to access many services like course registration being in the first place. Once your registration procedures are completed, you can access SABİS platform that you will be using throughout your studentship. 

For the first Login to Sakarya University of Applied Sciences Information System (SABİS) https://sabis.subu.edu.tr/tr the User name is your Student ID number and the Password is your T.C. Identity number. 

The Academic Year Start date for Courses will be announced at the beginning of each academic term and the newly registered students will register courses between the dates stated in the new registration calendar to be announced on SABİS.

NOTE 2: Students who want to deregister from Sakarya University of Applied Sciences in order to register another university can deregister through applying in person or via a person with a notarized power of attorney to Education Departments Student Affair Office that is in Esentepe Campus, or to the specific department that is located out of the Campus.

NOTE 3: Necessary information for Registration Procedures for DGS will be announced on our website once the exam scores have been declared.  

AFTER REGISTRATION PROCEDURES 

Procedures to be followed by our students who complete their registration (Through E-Government or on-site)

 1.  You can learn your student identity number and SABİS username from Number Inquiry Service

 2. If you are an evening education programme student you can pay tuition expense between the dates announced on the calendar. (You can make your student tuition expense payments from all branches of İŞBANK, from İşbank Internet Banking and İşbank ATM's University Payments, with your Turkish Identity Number.)

 3.  During the dates for course registrations, steps written below in item 4 will be followed. 

(Evening Education students cannot register courses before they do the payments for tuition expenses. Course registrations of those detected having registered before payment process will be cancelled. )

4.    Course Registration Process 

 (Students who registered the optional preparation classes cannot make course registration.)

Click OBİS link after logging in through https://sabis.subu.edu.tr/ username (Student ID) and password (TC ID Number for first Login)

Choose Course Registration from the Menu on the Left.

Hit the save button by clicking on all the 1st Semester courses displayed on the screen that opens.

After clicking the Save button, check the courses you selected from the selected courses menu.

Click on the Submit to Advisor Approval button by going to the course registration screen.

If the courses you have selected are not visible in the Selected Courses menu, repeat the procedures.
